Motion Controller is designed for rugged industrial OEM requirements.
The ECA-11X can directly interface into:

Channels of Digital RS-422 Interface with Linear Displacement
Transducers Inputs (Temposonics LPS Wands or Temposonics TPII wands) or
Fast Encoders.

Channels of 13 Bit Analog Output +/- 60 mA Direct Servo Drive or +/- 5
VDC Proportional voltage output drive.

Channels of Ultrasonic Non-Contact measurement from ECA-28827 Card.

- ECA-11XAT6005
Family has a 16 Bit Micro with a DSP Micro Controller that has a 36-bit
accumulator for error free math.
- ECA-110AT6005:
8 channels of 13 bit current mode outputs +/- 0.06 Amps.
- ECA-111AT6005:
8 channels of 13-bit voltage mode output +/- 5VDC.
- ECA-112AT6005:
4 channels of voltage mode output & 4 channels of current mode
outputs.
- Custom
Configurations are available.
All models of the ECA-11X family have the following
functionality:
- Real-Time
Clock & up to 131K X 16 SRAM battery backed. Up to 131K X 16 EPROM
or Flash.
- Up to 4
channels of 10 bit analog input 0 - +5VDC.
- 8
channels of 16 bit High speed counter / timer inputs** (32MHz) software
configurable interface for: RS-422, CMOS or TTL inputs. **Note:
Software configurable for 4 - 32 bit counters / timer, more than 8
channels of counter / timers are possible with RS-422, CMOS or TTL
inputs.
- 4
channels of 16 bit @ 13 Mhz input capture hardware / software
configurable interface for: RS-422, CMOS or TTL inputs.
- 96
programmable 100 MHz F.P.G.A. digital INPUTS / OUTPUTS that are E.S.D.
protected (TTL or CMOS) with up to 64 of the INPUTS/OUTPUTS interfacing
with 2 each 50 position flat ribbon cable for 2 each 8 - 32 channel
OPTO22 boards, all 103 I/O are also accessible from 0.1" MTA Insulation
Displacement Connectors.
- 3 dual
channels of incremental or 6 channels of single rotary encoder, schmitt
trigger buffered or 8 channels of High Speed RS-422 incremental rotary
encoder inputs.
- 2 Super
Twist Alphanumeric Backlite LCD 20 X 4 (0.35" hi character) displays,
& contrast is user adjustable and temperature compensated.
- RS422 /
485 communication port for networking or printing.
- All 8
channels of analog output has been designed for self-diagnostics; the
voltage and current of each channel is muxed back into the 10 bit A to D
converter.
- 36-button
tactile keyboard can be customized with your logo for an additional
N.R.E. cost.

supply integrated into system - 115/230VAC 50/60Hz & the battery is
user changeable.

family will be available 4 QTR 2002. The ECA-11X family is currently
custom programmed in ANSI C. Source code & libraries are optional
cost; & computer enclosure is not included in the pricing.
