ECA-11X Operator Interface & Menus

- The Operator Interface for the
ECA-11X Family is custom designed to the OEM's specifications and
requirements based on a single Motorola S19 executable file that can
support multiple (>50) OEM configurable features for one machine
type. This OEM user selectable software configures the hardware FPGA
routings for all 103 I/O requirements as well as attaching all of the
correct operator interface and diagnostics specific menus to that
machine configuration. What that means is no unnecessary user or
diagnostics interfacing menus is displayed, only the user configuration
specific interface and diagnostics text is displayed.
This will lower your overhead, save money and
support time for your company:
- Operator training time is
minimized to the lowest cost possible and the diagnostics displayed is
also configured specifically for trouble shooting with the lowest cost
possible on training and fastest repairs.
- Lowest support cost long term.
The user interface contains the following features:
- Multi level security passwords
for fine-tuning / updating all needed coefficients for speed control,
linear positioning, Ultrasonics, pulley ratios, etc.
- All PID's are user adjustable.
- User adjustable coefficients for
distance, time and encoder scale factors for speeding up or slowing
down the machine control.
- Diagnostics to displays all
wiring docs and manual overrides to test all of the IO, to include the
8 channels of analog output.
- The ECA-11X handles all motor
starter contactors for the specified machine configuration &
supports auto start up & manual start ups. Hydraulic pumps, large
electric motors, belt drives, etc.
- CRC check on the booting EPROM,
SRAM and stuck keyboard test on boot up.
- English and Metric measurements
supported, as well as Russian, German, Chinese and many more fonts.

- Networkable and synchronizable
to other ECA-11X's and other computers, RS-422 / RS-485 or RS-232
serial port is required.
- Two printer types: serial &
parallel connections are supported for shift report, profiles and
coefficients.
- Remote diagnostics and software
updateable with the FLASH option.
